I want to apply for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for upcoming 2019 exam session. What should be my basic qualification for this? In which discipline should be my graduation? And, what is the last date to submit the application form?

The basic qualification required to apply for the post of PGT is post graduation in the subject you want to apply for as a PGT teacher.

The required minimum educational qualification is that candidate must have passed master degree from a recognised university.

It is compulsory to have B.Ed qualification to appear in the examination.

You have to qualify in the entrance examination for final selection.
