I have passed my 12th board exam and also took admission in Company Secretary. However, I'm bit confused about course to choose for my graduation. So, which course should I choose for my graduation which will help me with my CS as well.

I have passed my M.Phil. Degree in 2008, shall I eligible to get exemption from NET requirement for appointment of Assistant Professor.

While studying Company Secretary course any graduation degree except fine arts.

The best course to study with CS is B.Com or any commerce related subject because the syllabus for the CS will be related to commerce. So, if you study courses related to commerce will help you for your CS.
