Whether you do MCA from a science background or commerce background, there are same scopes.

Though your mathematics must be strong in both cases for pursuing MCA, the basic application knowledge should be very good.

And companies don't look for the background whether you are from science or commerce.

Now M.C.A science has good oppurtunities in all over india and also across india,it is better that you should do M.C.A science

MCA commerce provides you computer related knowledge blended with commerce and trade.
MCA science interprets scientific technology with software/hardware.

These are the new branches emerging due to the development of science.

It does not matter which you are pursuing. But it does matter upto what extent you have understood the subject.

Both public and private sector companies offers career for MCA science students and Banking sector, Management companies provides opportunity for MCA commerce students.

So, I cannot say which is better and which companies provide better scope.
But any subject studied in depth will fetch you good job.

Selection process depends only on the factor how far you are efficient in the respective subject.

so, as they belong to two different fields , they cannot be compared but still

I saw your question now. In my opinion, MCA science is better the MCA commerce as the former has a lot of job oppurtunities. Mca sc. is exclusively designed to meet IT requirements of organisation.It's a 3 yearcource which emphasise on planning, designing system s/w & complete proffessional grooming of students. It's admission requires a minimum average of 50%.
Today the IT field is much developed. So it offers more job oppurtunities for MCA Science.
Mca commerce is the one with a scope of providing computer related knowledge wrt. commerce and trade.

If you talk about very very good companies they check whole academic record.
As they hire only those people who were always in 80's%.
You dont clear about your query, if you tell me your qualification and what you want to do then I suggest you rightly, but if you ask me so I try.
No problem with commerce and science.
If you are graduate with commerce and you want to do next MCA then without any confusion you do that.
In every institute MCA syllabus is starting from basic knowledge.
Because student from any stream can do this course easyli.
So if you want to do that conform from good college.

My opinion is both are better.

hii friend both have good scopes in future but you can do mca commerce because you can go for good jobs soon after finishing whereas in science you must have some patience ..........

MCA commerce basically provides you the study of computer related knowledge with commerce and trade.

Whereas MCA science provides you the study of scientific technology with software or hardware.

But the interesting thing is that both of them have the same scope in the real world..

So you can go for any one i would suggest you you to go for the interest of your subjects..

Most of the universitoes require MATH in compulsary to get an admission in MCA,in this case Science is better,and many companies demand MATH as a main subject for campusing....

for M.C.A. (Commerce) which company is best suited for that field for job

MCA eligibility is as follow-

Any student which have Maths in intermediate
OR
in graduation time are eligible for MCA course.
Their is compulsory need of Maths to do MCA.

So as you had no Maths so you are not eligible for doing MCA course.

Hiiiiiiiiii, as this is the era of COMMERCE, you can take up MCA(COMMERCE), because there is greater scope in future for commerce, there are lots and lots of vacancies in companies like RELIANCE, WIPRO, ACROPETAL, Infosys and lots of companies. The companies would offer you good packages indeed. MCA in science is equally good but not upto the mark of commerce.
