I am student of B.E last semester ETC branch.What can i do after my graduation.

You can do mba or m tech and if not you can get job in many psu and indian goverment sectors.

HI frd,
you can do M tech if u are interested in hard ware field. otherwise u can do MBA if u are interested in business( Manager).

you first search job ,,there after you choose GATE OR CAT ..
in your own choice you prepare for that exams ..
and also you register some websites like
freshesworld.com,naukri.com etc..

after b.tech
you can go either for job,
or for higher study for m.tech and mba.

You can do a great job after doing a R.F course after B.tech. Its a two month course pertaining to telecom industry.

dear friend, after completing b.e, i think you can go for jobs, there are various jobs availiable for b.e students in now a days, just go for jobs otherwise you can do various courses like mba and b.tech..........

you are in the last semester of b.e. you can either go for mba as it is a very valuable degree now. Many of the industries prefer this degree.Or if you are a brilliant student,then apply for jobs in different it sectors.give interviews and get ready for the interview.

you see, if you are interested to work with your field then you must do mtech.

specially if you want to do research oriented jobs, then MTech is compulsary.

but if you are not interested to work in your engineering field, then it is essential to do MBA.

but one things you shoud remember, for getting promotion in company, MBA is essentially required.

B.E ETC is the Electronics and Telecommunication and its one of the top fields in the world market these days and expected to take over also in the near future.


ETC is basically a combination of Electronics and Telecommunication streams. So once you are a graduate in this, there are two scopes for you :

You can either work to gain market experience, OR you can carry on forward with your academic studies.


If you plan to work, then I suggest you to apply in some good core or non core companies so that you can gain some market experience in the coming years and that could help you grow as a professional.


If you plan to study further, then sit for the GATE - Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering EXAM. Its usually conducted by the IIT's to select candidates for the M.Tech programs.

Also the PSU's recruit via this exam now, your score and the Rank you get in this.


Thus this would prove beneficial.

You may also do MBA - Master's in Business Administration and for that you need to appear for the exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, GRE, SNAP, JIMS, etc...

First of all I will tell you is that E.T.C. is one of the best subject in core department. You have a wish to become a I.T (Information Technology) engineer but you want to become Electrical Engineering and also want the details about E.T.C., I don't think why you are doing this Have you seen the movie 3 Idiots.If not please watch the movie.
