Hi,

After passing in IBPS clerical exam you will get score card which is valid for one year and there will be common interview by the IBPS only like common written test and if you clear it then you will be given job offer to work for banking. But the score should be good and more s that you can be confident and face tough competition to grab the opportunity. For interview purpose you need to update your banking knowledge and current affairs then you can easily face your interview. You should have good communication skills and ability to answer to the point for questions asked in interview.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
