Hi, I am a female candidate and about to complete my 12th Board exams from Arts stream. What can I study after this? Which all career options are available for? Any job oriented graduate degree courses?

After pursuing 12th standard from Arts stream, a candidate has numerous options in front of him/her namely:

BA (Bachelor of Arts)
BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
BMS (Bachelor of Management Science)
BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts)
BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management)
BEM (Bachelor of Event Management)
BJM (Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communications)
BFD (Bachelor of Fashion Designing)
D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education)
BSW (Bachelor of Social Work)
BRM (Bachelor of Retail Management)
BTTM (Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management)
Animation and Multimedia courses

Short term courses like in Multimedia, Animation or Journalism are some job-oriented courses in which you can get job early.
