Physics is one of the subjects in the electronics stream. So switching to this stream should not be a problem. But the rules vary for each university. You need to get in touch with authorities concerned for admission criteria. You may be required to appear for an entrance exam too.

Hello
I am giving you details of M. Sc. (Physics) eligibility criteria:-

Bachelor's degree with Physics as a subject for at least two years/ four semesters and Mathematics for at least one year/two semesters.
If you fulfill this criteria then you can do MSc in Physics.

Dear friend,

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for studying M.Sc Physics.

You can do M.Sc in Electronics only.

To take admission in M.Sc Physics the student must be B.Sc in Physics, then only he can go for M.Sc Physics.

All the best.
