I have an all india rank of 8830 in AIEEE (b.arch) 2010, and a state rank of 854 (delhi). i realize that getting admission into SPA will be quite impossible with my rank, but i was hoping to get into either NIT - Tiruchirapalli or Chandigargh college of architecture, since I've heard these are among the best. Is it possible for me to hope for these colleges with my rank?
If not, what other good colleges can I apply to? And what exactly are their procedure for admission?

You have not specified your Category.

If you belong to any Reserved Category, then NIT,Trichy may be possible on Round 4 or 5.

You still have chances to get SPA,Bhopal for Planning.

Dont loose heart.

yes it is possible admission for nit in b.arch. you are a elligible candidate.

It also depends on your state rank , your choices are - BIT Mesra , Jamia Milia , Malviya , SPA Delhi . Actually , log on to ccb website and you will have the choices for locking . Do them fast before 18 june . Hope this helps .:)

hey friend you are having really a good rank...........the counseling process is already started you can log on to your profile, there is a list of colleges for which you are eligible..........just choose the one in which you are interested............

Yes you guessed it right SPA will be tough for you to get into at this rank. However you may get in some other colleges.

I just checked the opening and closing ranks in architectural stream of last year and i found that most of the closing rank from round 1 to 4 is till 6000 to 7000.

So can be tough to get through all india quota. But you may try for state quota

Check the opening and closing rank yourself as check what you can get. I cant mention all the ranks as the list is quite big.

So check is yourself from here

friend, you has been called for councelling but i think that it will be difficult for you to get admissions into the nit's specified.

all opening and closing ranks are given on the official website http://www.ccb.nic.in of last year which is only meant for indications , it might change as well ...

just go for counselling and hope for best !!!!

However, i have just one more query. If I want to apply with my state rank (delhi) of 854, which colleges can I apply to other than SPA, delhi? Coz i inquired from SPA, and they said that they DO NOT accept state ranks. What other colleges in delhi can I apply to with my AIEEE state rank??

Sir I got 230 marks in jee mains paper2 , 2014. Which rank and college may I get with this marks?
