What is the consequences of mistake in filling date of birth in AKTU form?

Sir, my date of birth is wrong filled in AKTU form and result is out. I got AIR rank-3014. During counselling would I be rejected? If I apply for affidavit with document for DOB then would I'll be facing any issues?
