For getting into SRM University you have to write the SRMEE and have to score good marks in that exam .
Based on your performance in that exam , they will allot seat .
otherwise you can also go through Management quota for which donations will be very high .

SRM university is a deemed university under section 3 of the UGC law and is AICTE approved as well. The admission in the university is carried out through the SRMEEE(SRM-Engineering Entrance Exam). If you wish to pursue an engineering degree in SRM university, you have to appear in the SRMEEE and secure a rank of under 15000 rank to be called for the counselling. It is the sole exam on the basis of which admission is carried out.

The eligibility criteria with regard to the 12th exam boards(or its equivalent) is to obtain atleast 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

with this 12 % u cant go thru counselling as they ask 70%..but u can try for management quota...for cheap donation in srm just contact @ [email protected]

No, srm university does not come under aieee colleges. It has it's own entrance exam called SRMEEE which is held in may every year. The application forms are available from december.

The exam consists of physics chemistry a compulsory subjects and an option in maths and biology. The paper is of 315 marks, consisting of 105 questions in total. The duration is 3 hours. The difficulty level is easy to moderate and the cut off is mostly around 165. It is easy to qualify in this exam with decent preparation as the questions test the knowledge of a candidate than the aptitude and problem solving skills. I would suggest you to go through NCERT once completely for the exam for a high rank.
