What is the difference between BCA and BCS (Bachelor's or Computer Science)?

Hi, I have completed my 12th Board exams from Commerce stream. Can I do either BCA or BCS (Bachelor's in Computer Science)? I am bit confused. What is the difference between BCA and BCS? Which one should I do?
