What is difference between ICAR approved institution and non ICAR approved institution?
Is there any difference between ICAR approved institutions and non ICAR approved institutions? What does ICAR do? Who oversees the work of ICAR? What is the importance of ICAR in India?

It is all about facilities you get in higher studies. Various reputed universities of India does not provide phd programme to non ICAR approved institute 's candidates.
