please informed what are the documents are required along with AIPMT application form

HELLO,don't worry about the document attachment to the offline application form.just fill up the form honestly & put in the envelope.speed post the envelope so prevent from late receiving.
attest the form from a designated officer.
you have to show the documents only at the time of counselling when ask for it.for more information logon at

In case Application Form is submitted Offline -

a) Photocopy of the filled-in Application Form.
b) Original receipt issued by the Post Office for
having dispatched the Application Form.


In case Application Form is submitted Online –

a) Photocopy of the computer generated filled
in Application Form.
b) Original receipt issued by the Post Office for
having dispatched the Application Form.
c) Proof of fee paid (Photocopy of the Demand
Draft, if fees remitted through DD/Photocopy
of the statement of the Card if fee is paid
through Credit Card).

If submitting Offline then

Dear Friend

As per the AIEEE application bulletin you do not need to send any extra documents.

You just have to send the filled in application form properly.

Any mistake, done in application may lead to rejection of your application.

Get the proper attest and photograph and fill in the form carefully.

Before filling up the application form read the aieee bulletin carefully.

The aieee 2011 information bulletin is attached with this message.
Find it into the attachments.

u require only the 12th marksheet and the 10th certificate as the age proof

You don't need any documents.
If you are applying offline then you need:


Photocopy of the filled-in Application Form.
Original receipt

the adress slip and the original reciept of post office to attach but how to attach it when we give the form it is enclosed in envelope plzz... rply

FOR GENERAL/OBC Rs.1000/-
FOR SC/ST/PH Rs.550/-

last date of applying for the AIPMT is 25 January 2012.
