What is the eligibility and admission procedure for Diploma in Pharmacy from KMTC?


I have received my KCSE results recently and I have scored as follows in the key subjects most likely the determinants of whether one can pursue Diploma in Pharmacy
English C+
Kiswahili C+
Chemistry C-
Biology C-
Mathematics C(plain)
Can I be offered a chance to take my career at KMTC please?
