What is the eligibility to apply for IBPS?
I have graduated and currently pursuing Company Secretary course. Am I apply for IBPS- SO or PO? If yes, then when and how to apply for it? What is the syllabus and exam pattern?

The required minimum eligibility to appear for IBPS PO or SO examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.
There is no limitation on discipline of bachelor degree to appear for PO. The age limit varies with examination. The examination is conducted in three stages. For syllabus and other detail visit at www.ibps.in. |

Eligibility to apply for IBPS :
Educational qualification : The eligibility criteria for IBPS CWE PO exam is graduation degree in any of the stream such as B. A., B. Com., B. Sc., B. Tech., etc., from a university recognized by the government of India. Final year or final semester candidates are also eligible to apply. You must have secured minimum of 50% marks (for IBPS PO) & 60% marks (for SBI PO) in graduation degree. Your age must be in between 20 to 30 years (3 year relaxation for OBC and 5 year relaxation for SC/ST/PH candidates). IBPS PO 2019 syllabus and exam pattern : The ‘Computer Aptitude’ section has been clubbed with the Reasoning Ability section. Hence, there will be no separate section for ‘Computer Awareness’ as before. ‘Quantitative Aptitude’ has been renamed as ‘Data Interpretation & Analysis’ IBPS PO 2019 Syllabus for the Main Examination now includes an English descriptive paper which will assess the candidates’ writing skills. There will be 2 questions- Letter Writing and Essay Writing for a total of 25 marks. The time duration allotted would be 30 minutes for this section alone. The Main Examination will now have 157 questions instead of 200 questions. The duration of the Mains along with the English descriptive paper has been increased to 3 hours 30 minutes. Therefore, the expected level of difficulty may be higher than previous year |

The candidate must be a citizen of India. For the post of provisionary officer, the candidates age should be at least 21 years and maximum of 30 years. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree
in any discipline from a recognised University with at least 55% marks |
