Dear friend to apply for the IBPS exam the candidate must have
Passed his 10th with 60% marks. And passed his intermediate with 60% marks from any respective board. and also have cleared his any type of graduation from any recognized university with atleast 60% marks.. The candidate age must be in between 18 to 28 years , for the OBC candidates they have 3 years age relaxation and for the SC/ST candidates they have getting 5 years age relaxation ... The candidate must be a citizen of India. and after appearing this exam the candidates apply jobs for the 19 govt. sector banks which comes under the IBPS... The selection will be based upon: Written exam Interview The written exam is of 250 marks each subject has of 50 marks .. |

IBPS is stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.
This institute conducts bank clerk and PO and many other exams every. There are 19 no. of banks which takes part in the requirment process also. Eligibility criteria for clerk You have a graduate degree from a approved university OR 60% in 12th. Age limit- 18 to 27 years. You can apply through IBPS common bank PO exam and also in SBI Bank PO examination. Kiran's Bank clerk guide is also a good book. Eligibility criteria for Bank po You have a graduate degree from a approved university. Age limit- 21 to 30 years.This may be relexed upto 5 yefor reserved categories. IBPS exam Details-
IBPS PO Exam- Candidate should be graduate with 60% marks,and SC/ST candidate should be graduate with 55%. age should be 18 to 28 years. IBPS Clerk Exam Eligiblity- Candidate should be graduate or 12th pass with 60% marks,and SC/ST candidate should be graduate with 55% are eligible for IBPS. age should be 18 to 28 years. |

IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Services. This institute conducts entrance exams such as IBPS Clerk and IBPS Bank PO on the behalf of 19 Public Sector Banks.
Based on the performance of the candidate in the exams, the Public Sector banks select them for the post of Clerk and PO in their respective banks. Therefore it is important to clear the IBPS entrance exam for banking job in government sector. You can either clear IBPS Clerk or IBPS Bank PO, both requires candidate to have graduation degree. IBPS Clerk Eligibility 1. A valid bachelor degree. 2. Diploma/degree in Computers or IT/Computers subject in 12th or graduation. 3. Understanding of official language of state where you want job. 4. The IBPS Conducts the common written examinations for the recruitment of candidates on the below mentioned posts : 1) Bank Clerks 2) Bank PO The IBPS Participating Banks are : The Required Eligibility Criteria for both the IBPS PO as well as Clerical Exams are almost the same as they just differ in Age Limit Criteria. The Required Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Exams are : * You must have completed graduation in any stream from any recognized college/university. * There is no any specific percentage required in graduation to be eligible. * The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
