HCL Eligibility

Basic eligibility criteria

65% in 10th, 12th and graduation...
Candidate should NOT have appeared for the test in the last 6 months

Pattern :-

Aptitude Test :- 60 Questions in 50 Mins
Technical Test :- 25 Questions in 20 Mins
HR Interview :- 3 Rounds will be There

HCL is the top most MNC company. So the criteria is too high. The training of HCL is the better than other software company.

The eligibility criteria for HCL :-

1) You must score 60% in through out in career.
2)Backlog are not allowed.
3)Maximum 1 years gape are allowed.

If you have 60% through out then you are eligible otherwise not.

for interview in HCL the candidate should be a gradute with 65% marks.

The interview is of
(aptitude+technical) =85 nos of questions there. Time 70 minutes
HR interview is of 3 rounds.

1.Candidate should holdind BE/B.tech/MCA/Msc degree from any recognized university.
2. Experience - 1 to 4 years .
3.Candidate should have knowledge in testing concept and methodologies .
4.Candidate should be very familiar with scripting language .
5.Experience in manual testing is required .
6.Candidate should be a good learner .

This is the requirement for the post of testing professional.

Walk in date - 5th to 9th December .

these are the minimum criterias you should satisfy for sitting in the placement..
if u perform well in the aptitude and interview round well then the above things are of no importance

Basically you are only eligible for the HCL if you don't have any active Backlogs and while appearing for the HCL interview.
And the basic criteria for the selection the in HCL is

60% in 10th ; 12th and graduation

im pursuing bca(final year)... i have studied my 10th and 12th in kv(central board)...i got 78% in my 10th and i have 80% to 86% in all my 4 semester... but i got only 57% in my 12th(CBSE)... am i eligible inspite of having 57% in 12th ?

* candidate must have 60% throughout its carrier.
* any backlogs will not be a candidate's carrier.
* more than 2 years carrier gap will not be acceptable.
* any criminal offence is pending to you or not.

Basically they expect from the student is that :

* must have well disciplined.
* must have very good communication skills.
* must have soft skills.
* must have very good attitude. etc.

Procedure :

there are mainly three steps for HCL Ltd.. These are :

1. Online Aptitude Test.
2. Technical Interview.

Eligibility Criteria for HCL is-:

You should have minimum 60% in your 10th,12th and graduation level.

you must not have any pending backlogs while you are appearing for HCL

Maximum 1 years of study gap is allowed here.

Good communication and technical skills.

max software companies criteria in 60% in through out . some companies require less percentage

For HCL , having above above 65% in through out and no backlogs , fresh students and one year gap students eligible
in 10th & 12th stands also have above 60% marks
