Please inform to me how many times does SET exams will be conducted in Telangana State from next year onward and in which all months? And, by when should one apply for each term?

As far as you are concerned about the frequency of Telangana SET (State Eligibility Test), then it is conducted only once every year by Osmania University.

Further, the notifications for SET is usually released around the month of March/April with the examination scheduled in June/July.
