What is the general procedure to apply for jobs in Indian Railways?


Hi, how can I apply for jobs in Indian Railways? What is the normal recruitment procedure of Indian Railways? Is it done through any entrance or directly via only face to face interviews? From where can anybody come to know about difference vacancies in Indian Railways?

Railways release job notifications as per the different rrb regions, a centralised exam is conducted and merit is prepared on that basis and after documents verification , candidates are inducted in railway
