What happens if you cannot pay your semester fees?

I'm in first semester and due to some family problem, I'm not able to pay the fees yet. I won't be able to sit in the semester exams unless I pay my fees. And so by the time I can pay the fees, the semester exams would have ended. What can I do? Also, what will happen if I'm unable to appear in the exams? Would I have to repeat the whole semester once again?

If you do not pay your tuition fees by payment due date, your enrollment could be cancelled or you may be penalised financially. Failure to pay tuition and fees, the late registration fee and any outstanding balance due will result in the students administrative withdrawal from the university.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
