i want to know what have to be done after doing 12th in non-medical except engineering

There are various fields other than engineering after 12th.
You can go for -

Arts, Commerce, Music, etc.
Fashion Designing
Architecture
Computer Applications
Pharmacy
Animation
Media, Journalism and Mass communication etc.

there are many bachelor courses are available after the 12th exam except engineering

like you can do the BSc course.
it also have good future.
after completing the BSc you can do the master course in that field.

latest news is that ,

if you have the good percentage in the 12 th board then you can directly apply for the

MBA course in the reputed institute like IIM indore.
iim indore is offering 5 year program after the 12th for the mba degree.

if you want to go for general field then you can do B.Sc..
if you want to build your career in a separate field then go for business field like BBA
you can also go for technical field like BCA, if you have interest in computer..
otherwise you can go for Mass communication, journalism, animation etc...
First decide in which field you want to go, then go for it with your 100% effort..

There are lots of courses that can be done. It depends on ones own interest. You have a variety of courses that you can choose from. Some of the courses that you can do are journalism, B.C.A, Arts, Animation. There are other courses like fashion designing, hotel management, Film making etc.
