What are the higher studies options available after B.Sc Radiotherapy?

Hi, presently I am doing my B.Sc in Radiotherapy Technology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. I want to do my Master's degree in Cancer Biology in India. Or, please tell me the other options for higher studies in the same field.
