Is IIT JEE necessary for getting admission in any college in B.Tech Computer Science? What is the importance of this exam for other B.Tech programs also? Is this exam accepted by almost all colleges across India?

So, in my advise if your are interested in pursuing B.Tech degree course then you must appear in JEE as being a national level examination the JEE rank is accepted for admission in CFTIs as well as private engineering college not conducting any admission test. Rankcard of JEE Main is used for admission in NITs and other government engineering colleges and JEE Advanced score for IIT admissions.
