All the questions asked in Primary TET examination are objective type only. You will be given with four choices, out of which only one will be correct answer. There will be no negative marking. You can log on to the official website of TET to know more details http://www.ctet.nic.in/

Syllabus of TET is set by NCET.

There are 2 types of TET Exams:

1. Lower Primary TET(class 1-5)

Child Development and Pedagogy-30 MCQs-30 Marks

Language I-30 MCQs-30 Marks

Language II-30 MCQs030 Marks

Mathematics-30 MCQs-30 Marks

Environmental Studies-30 MCQs-30 Marks



2. Upper Primary TET(Class 6-8)


Child Development & Pedagogy-30 MCQs-30 Marks

Language I-30 MCQs-30 Marks

Language II-30 MCQs-30 Marks

Mathematics and Science/Social Science-60 MCQs-60 Marks

Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted to hire the candidates for teaching posts.

TET exam is conducted of Two papers that is Paper 1 for class (1-5 ) and Paper 2 for class (6 - 8 ) .
