Hi, I was thinking to apply for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). So, wanted to know about the minimum educational required to be eligible and apply for TET examination. Can anybody please update me on this? Further, also share the updated syllabus and exam pattern of TET.

TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test. It is a teacher recruitment examination. The minimum academic qualification required to apply for the TET exam is bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university.

Along with bachelor's degree in any discipline, you need to have Bachelor of Education qualification. If you have both qualification, you can apply for TET exam.

TET is Teacher Eligibility Test. The examination is conducted for recruitment of teacher in government schools.

The common eligibility is that candidate must have passed 12th with diploma in education.

The age limit and other qualification varies with examination.
