Banaras Hindu University is located at Varanasi in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is a Public Central University which offer Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Research and U.G/ P.G Diploma programs.

B.Com stands for Bachelor of Commerce. It is a three-year undergraduate course in the field of Commerce. Candidates who have passed 12th standard from a Government recognised board are eligible to pursue B.Com course.

To get admission in B.Com course in Banaras Hindu University, you should have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination with minimum aggregate of 50% marks and you must have studied Commerce/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Computer Science / Finance/ Financial Markets Management as one of the subjects in your 12th standard.
