What is the passing criteria in Science papers under CBSE curriculum?


I am student of class 12th CBSE Board. My Physics theory marks is 17 and practical marks is 28. So, am I passed or not? What is the passing marks required in other Science group papers?

As far as you are concerned about the passing marks of CBSE Class 12th board examination Science papers which comprises of practical paper of 30 marks and theory paper of 70 marks then as per the current rules, you need to secure at least 10 marks in your practical paper and 23 marks in your theory paper separately in order to clear your paper.

So, by managing 17 marks in your theory paper of Physics, you cannot be considered as a pass candidate.
