Can someone tell me what is the passing marks for theory and assignments in M.Com being offered by the Indira Gandhi National Open University - IGNOU?

The minimum marks required in each paper to qualify semester/annual M.Com ( or any other PG ) examination of IGNOU is 40% marks of the maximum marks (i.e; 40 marks in case 100 marks paper and 20 marks in case 50 marks) in case of each theory paper or assignments.
