What is the PGECET counseling starting date?

i wrote pgecet exam in may 2011 & i got my rank card .
up to now no date about the counseling & my mother is varied about my carrier

Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test acronym as AP PGECET is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.

For this examination candidate must have passed Bachelor degree from a recognized university. The minimum percentage required in B.E./B.Tech./AMIE for PGECET examination is 50% in case of open category and 45% in case of reserved category candidate. The minimum age of the candidates must be at least 21 years.

As per my knowledge, the tentative date of Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test counseling is first week of August 2017.
