I Want to take admission for 11th commerce. Do not have caste certificate but have non creamy layer. What is the possibility i get admission.

°°°According to me to get admission in class 11th in commerce stream, there is no need to have any caste certificate until or unless you want a specific type of reservation but if you do not have caste certificate then you can get admission in General quota.
You have only two options first option is to take admission under general category or to get certificate of non creamy layer.

NEW DELHI: Delhi High Court sought the response of St. Stephen’s College and Delhi University on a plea seeking direction to the college to take admission on its ‘unreserved seats’ in undergraduate courses only based on marks received by students in the common university entrance test (CUET)

A bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice Sachin Datta issued notice to St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, and University Grants Commission (UGC) on the petition filed by a law student. The next date of hearing is on July 6.

The plea was filed by Konika Poddar said her petition is for the cause of several students who aspire to study in Delhi University’s St. Stephen’s college and would be appearing in CUET in near future.

“On April 20, the college refused to follow the instructions of Delhi University and issued a press release and admission notice stating that the college will conduct interviews for both reserved and unreserved seats and give 15 percent weightage to interview and 85 percent weightage to CUET marks at the time of admission in its undergraduate courses,” the plea, filed through advocate Akash Vajpai, said.

What is the possibility of getting admission in 11th commerce without caste certificate?

The candidate can easily get admission in class 11th commerce without caste certificate. The candidate needs to have caste certificate if they want to take benefit of it. If your aim is to get admission only then you can get admission without any caste certificate. The candidate should have class 10th from any recognized board to get admission in class 11th.

For getting admission in class 11 , it's important that a student has completed class 10th with atleast 60% and above marks from a recognised board.

Migration certificate
Identity proof
Medical certificate
Passport size photograph etc

Its not necessary that you need caste certificate , and without which admission is not possible.
Although it's not necessary but in case school authority ask for caste certificate you can attach it afterwards.
