What is preparatory course which is related to IIT? How to get admission in it?
My rank in IIT Advance is 416 and total marks is 47 in ST category. What are my chances of getting admission? What is Preparatory course? Will I get admission in that course?

Preparatory course is a pre degree course and admission in to the degree programme is conditional upon successful completion of preparatory course.
It's not a part of any regular degree programme of IIT . The process of filing choices in the application of preparatory courses in IIT is done through the same online portal. To be eligible for preparatory course , candidate must have secured atleast 65% marks in class 12. Those who couldn't clear JEE Advanced cutoff and missed by few marks are entitled for preparatory course . |
