after btech in e.c.e then what is the proceduer of ms in us? please mention to me the procedure

You are required to give GRE which is a standardized test for Graduate courses in US. you may also be required to give TOEFL(optional). Your GRE score along with your overall academic record and recommendations are responsible to get you into a good college.
You will have to file applications with your GRE report to colleges you are interested in. Along with recommendations from your faculty or any other senior or reputable person such as head of the institute, if any.
The GRE test is of 800 marks. Most of the good colleges have cut off of 750 and above.
