If you are mentioning about Regional Transport Officer, the recruitment may vary in different states. In Kerala, there is recruitment by KPSC to the post of Motor Vehicle inspector. The RTO will be the second promotion post from that......

Eligibility :
Candidates must be Indian
Candidates must be complete Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical )
Candidates age limit between 18 to 32 years..
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
