To be eligible for B.Ed, you must have secured at least 55% marks in B.Tech. or any bachelor course.

You will have to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the university itself in which you are willing to take admission.

The entrance exam will consists of following topics like:

As you are saying that you have done b.tech that means you have strong command over science,mathematics,physics,chemistry and you can teach these subjects very well to those students who belongs to this field so definitely join B.ed .

well, For B.ed minimum qualification is Graduation doesn't matter whatever is your stream

B.ed is two years course after that if you want you can also do M.ed for better future in teaching.
