What is the qualification required for District Education Officer exam?


I have completed my graduation and Master in M.Sc Computer Science. Is this enough to qualify for District Education Officer DEO exam? If yes, then can you please brief me about the exam pattern and syllabus details?

UPSC does not conduct any exam for the post of district Education officer. For this post you have to pass DEO exam, conducted by respective state public service commission such as MPSC, GPSC etc

The qualification required for District Education Officer exam is a bachelor degree from a recognized university with 50%(45% for sc/st)

Your age should be between 21-35 years. Age relaxation is given as per Government rules.
