What qualification is required for becoming District Education Officer?

Educational Qualification required to become District Education Officer:

>> To become a District Education Officer, candidates are required to write State's Public Service Commission Examination in that particular state's School Educational Service.

>> Candidates must have passed "Master's Degree" or Post Graduate Degree in any one of the below subject from a recognized university.
* Physics
* English
* Mathematics
* Regional Language
* Botany
* Geography
* History
* Zoology

>> The minimum percentage that candidates must have obtained in their Post Graduate Degree is 50% marks.

>> Minimum Age required is 18 years and the maximum age must not exceed 30 years and the age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates.
