Hello dear aspirant, the eligibility conditions and the qualification for the KAS Examination are:



>>Eligibility Criteria for KAS examination:

>>Candidate should hold a Graduation degree from a Reconginsed University.

>>Age Limit:

>>Candidate should be below 30 years .
>>Relaxation for OBC candidate is of 3 years and for SC/ST candidated is of 5 years.

>>Candidate should be Indian National.

>>The exam limit for:

General - 4 attempts.

In order to appear in KAS(Karnataka Administrative Services) you will require the following Eligibility:-

Educational Qualification:-

>>You must be Graduation pass out in any stream from Recognized university.

Marks:-

>>Your minimum marks in Graduation should be 50%.

Age:-
>>Your minimum age should be 21 years.
>>Your age should not be above 28 years.

Age Relaxation Details:-

>>If you belong from the OBC then you will get 3 years of age relaxations.

>>If you belong from the SC/ST then you will get 5 years of age relaxations.

Exam Pattern:-

>> The preliminary Exam will consists of two papers.
>>The Total Number of questions will be 100 from each paper.
>>Total Marks for each paper will be 200.

Syllabus:-

Paper I Details:-Questions will be from -
>>General Studies related to National and International Importance.
>>Humanities.

Paper II Details:-Questions will be from -
>>General Studies related to state Importance.

KAS- stands for Karnataka Administrative Services. It brings youths in administration work so as to make the working body of government efficient.

For applying KAS exam you should be graduate from a recognized university. You should score first class marks in graduation.

Age limit : 21-30 years. Relaxation for SC/ST and OBC catagories.

preliminary test will be around January 2013.
And main exam will be conducted around in the month of May.

You must be an indian origin.

Percentage is not required to apply this exam.


Age details:-

For General candidates--> 21 to 30 years,

For OBC candidates--> 21 to 33 years,

For SC/ST candidates--> 21 to 35 years.


Selection procedure:-

Preliminary examination,

Mains examination,

hello sir i have done bachulor of science iam qualified for kas

Eligibility for kas in Jammu and Kashmir

We have to pass the 2PUC for KAS

I have passed diploma in civil engineering can I apply for KAS exam sir please reply me

I have done my diploma in Mechanical engineeing(10 3) and after 7 years of completion of diploma I did my MBA from Kuvempu university.
Will I get the eligibility to take up KAS.(no issue with the age limit)
