Admission to MBBS course are done on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in NEET exam.
As you've completed your Bachelor of Science then, you are eligible to appear in this examination.
But in doing so you are bachelor of science degree will get wasted because the meaning of eligibility criteria required to appear in this exam is 12th with physics, chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects from recognised board.

MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and the basic qualification required for seeking admission in MBBS degree course is a Class 12th in Science stream with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology as main subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate (or 40% marks in aggregate in case of reserved category candidates) in PCB group combination from a recognized board of education.

Further, for admission in MBBS degree course in any medical college across India, you need to qualify the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) - UG held by NTA once every year.

So, even having completed B.Sc. degree course, you are eligible to pursue MBBS degree course if you hold the basic educational required for pursuing MBBS degree course and qualify the NEET UG.

For complete details regarding NEET UG, you can refer to the link www.ntaneet.nic.in.

--- For sure, you can join MBBS after completing your Bachelor of Science, if you have completed your 12th with physics, chemistry and Biology is compulsory subjects with at least 55% marks.

Admission to MBBS course is done on the basis of class 12th and the admission to this course is made on the basis of score of candidates in the entrance exam known as NEET.

So, you have to appear in the NEET examination and if you qualify this examination then, definitely you can get seat as per your choice.

You have to repeat NEET and qualify in it to become eligible for admission in MBBS course.

There is no lateral entry or any other entry through which you can appear for the entrance examination and qualify in it to get admission.

NEET is National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test. NEET UG is conducted by NTA.

The examination is conducted to get admission in MBBS and other medical courses. So, you have to repeat NEET paper and get admission in the course after qualifying in the examination. No upper age limit to get admission in the course.
