What s the UGC NET syllabus and exam pattern for M.Sc Nursing qualified candidate?

I have completed my M.Sc Nursing in Medical Surgical Nursing. I would like to appear for UGC NET examination. What will be the syllabus and the exam pattern for me and what is the benefit of UGC NET exam for me?
