whats the best choice for an engineering graduate after his completion of his btech education

B.TECH must do M.TECH in higher studies as this is actual route for a engineer student...so i always suggest a b.tech student to go for m.tech and also with his interest.else i think MBA is also a good option ..

and if your interested in jobs..you can write various exam depends upon your interest...

If you wish to go for SOFTWARE or private jobs you can apply for all companies..like

• TCS
• WIPRO
• COGNIGENT
• INFOSYS

and etc for all type of companies...

and there are lots of other opportunity for government jobs

• BSNL(bharat sanchar nigam limited)
• ISRO(Indian space research organisation)
• DRDO(Defense research and development organisation)
• ECIL(Electronic cooperation of india limited)
• AAI(Airport authority of India)
• SAIL(Steel authority of india)
• RRB(Railway recruitment board)
• UPSC(Union Public Service Commission )

AND many more ....

First of all any thing depend on the interest of the candidate,

if you are from IT background then enter into software field

or

if you are from ECE or ME then you can go for M.Tech for futher studies and after that you can get entery into R&D field.

After doing B.Tech there are lots many fields are open the one route you follow is that apply for company jobs if you are good in subjects you will get a better salary..
and the second way is that you continue your studies whether in technical field
or in marketing field.
Technical field refers to M.TECH.
Marketing field refers to MBA.

If you want to do government jobs then there are lots many exams..
like

1. DRDO
2. NIC
3. BHEL

and many more....

IF you want to join army then there is a special chance for u
lots of NAVY vacancies out for engineering graduate..
In ARMY
you should give CDS (combine defense services). This exam appear twice a year.

and another way is that you should give UES(university entry scheme)..
