What should be gross income to be eligible for Creamy Layer?

I am working in Public Sector Bank and getting around 5 lacks for year. My husband is also earning 10 lakhs for a year. If I am applied for a job under OBC will it be considered? My father is a retired employee his pension for year is 5 lakhs.
