Your marks in 10+2 is very poor and on the basis of your aggregate in 10+2 you will not be eligible to get admission in better institute for higher studies.

So, if you want to pursue higher degree you need to take admission in the institute where the admission is conducted on the basis of entrance examination.

Other than you must appear for improvement examination and improve your marks and knowledge to get admission.
