What should be the rank in Polytechnic CML examination for admission in government polytechnic colleges?


I am a female candidates and belongs to OBC caste category. I scored female CML Rank 2903 in Polytechnic entrance examination. Am I eligible to get admission in any government polytechnic diploma colleges? Is there any relaxation for OBC female candidates?
