Syllabus for Regional Rural Bank (RRB) exam conducted by IBPS is stated below:

Online Aptitude section comprises of:
1. Quantitative Aptitude (40 questions of 40 marks)
2. Reasoning Ability (40 questions of 40 marks)
3. English (40 questions of 40 marks)
4. General Awareness (40 questions of 40 marks)
5. Computer Awareness (20 questions of 40 marks)

Quantitative Aptitude for Probationary Officer exam is entirely composed of Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency questions. While for clerk exam, along with data sufficiency and data interpretation other chapters are like problems on age, average, partnership, ratio and proportion, profit and loss, percentage, allegation, simple interest, compound interest etc.

English portion consists of grammatical error, vocabulary, synonyms, antonyms, passage etc.

Reasoning section comprises of syllogism, assertion and reason, blood relation, Alphabet Series, Test of Direction Sense, Coding-Decoding, Number Ranking, Arithmetical Reasoning, Analogy, Decision Making, puzzle, Statement and arguments, Inserting the missing character, Sitting arrangement, Word formation etc.
