There will be 4 steps for the selection process. First step is written examination that comprises of aptitude based questions. Time allotted for this computer based test is 1 hour. Second and third round are technical and HR interview. Those who pass all these levels have to attend managerial round. In this level interviewer is free to ask any questions related to HR, technical, etc.

TCS Selection Process consist of Written examination. Written examination pattern consists of aptitude and General English.You should score atleast 70% in written examination.
Second step is Personal Interview.
Mostly 1 or 2 Panel members will be asking questions.
Third round is HR Interview.
So once you clear all these round you will be given an offer to join in the convincing date.
