what is the upper age limit for most of the government jobs in india, specially lecturers and also i want to know the criteria laid down by ugc for the said post?

Age Limit :

For the government lecturer job age limit 21 to 35 years.
age must be below the 40 years .

Pay scale: 15600-39100

Hi.. i am working in private sector firms and as such I do not know much about the rules of government jobs. but for most of the jobs the lower age limit starts from 18-21 years.
Also before you start preparing for the exams start working on your fundamentals.

hi I am 31 yrs old and I do mba in hr . do I apper in govt. jobs

If you are applying for a government job, then the upper age limit is of about 33 years...but if you are a resident of Andhra Pradesh, then the age limit has been increased to 39 instead of 33. However, the relaxation provided to SC or ST will continue as such.

Dear User,

Candidates age should be between 21 years to 40 years as on the last date. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules.

What is the upper age limit for government jobs in lectureship post for secondary, higher secondary, and senior college?
