What will happen if I fail in GPAT in 2nd attempt and qualify in 1st attempt?

Hi Sir, I have some questions regarding GPAT. If I qualified in 1st attempt of GPAT and again I appear for the 2nd time an failed in 2nd attempt then what will happen? Kindly let me know!
