EXPECTED RANK IN WBJEE 2012 MEDICAL

If you have scored 122.66 in Medical Branch then it is not a good score.Because this year mass of student are huge.

But the good news is that Medical Board increased the seat for MMBS and BDS for both cases.

According to previous year cut-off and my experience , your Rank would be below 1000.So you have Good chances in BDS course.

This year maths paper was tough.So i think your rank will be around 150.
