I wanted to apply for the post of Junior Assistant Executive, Fire Department in Airport Authority of India. So, wanted to know the exact job profile or job responsibilities details for this post?

A Junior Assistant in Fire Services department of AAI is basically a fire and rescue officer. The work includes attending to emergency situations related to aircraft inside the operational area or in the vicinity of the airport. These are the first people who are supposed to reach the site of an aircraft mishap. They need to identify the situation, take corrective measures, drive the fire tender or ambulance, etc. They are trained to handle all the emergency situations.
