Hi, this year am turning 18 and now am interested in becoming an Air Hostess. So I want to know about the various requirements and subjects that are needed for joining Indigo, Jet, Spice or any other companies?

The eligibility criteria's for becoming an Air Hostess are mentioned below:
1)Minimum 12th Qualified
2)Minimum height of 157 cm
3)Minimum eyesight of '6/9'
4)The candidate should not have any mental illness record.
5)Apart from this the candidate should have good communicating skills. Having knowledge of multiple languages is a plus point.
6)Good vision, ability to stay calm during emergencies, handle tasks in a calm way, good hearing are some other required skills.

If you meet the above requirements then you can join an institute for Air Hostess
Training.

After completing the training you can work with various airlines like Indigo, SpiceJet, etc. During recruitment process they follow the procedure given below:

1) Written Examination: They test your aptitude and reasoning. It is similar to other competitive exams where multiple choice based questions are asked.
2) Group Discussion: In this you will be tested for your communication skills, attitude, leadership quality, etc.
3) Interview: Here you will be judged for overall personality.
